Today our prospective parents and their children enjoyed a visit to St. Mary’s to have a look around our wonderful school and to meet the staff. The new children enjoyed a variety of play based activities and story time with Miss Mc Clean , Hilary and Aimee and a few elf helpers Afterwards they decorated the Gingerbread cookies which Santa had kindly left behind for them over the weekend.
Our talented P6 and 7 guitarists got us into the Christmas spirit before our P7 pupils performed O Holy Night for everyone. Following Mrs Hagan’s address to the parents a group of P7 pupils spoke about what had made their time in St.Mary’s unique and special to them.
Well done to all involved for helping showcase the excellent provision we have to offer. The new children and parents loved all the Christmas doors and displays throughout the school. Well done to all the pupils and staff for their wonderful effort as always.
