Over the past two weeks, Primary 5 pupils have enjoyed an exciting series of visits to the Amma Centre as part of our Shared Education programme. During their time there, the children had the opportunity to develop their digital skills through animation, working collaboratively in small groups to create short films based on the theme of friendship. Each group designed and produced their own props, backgrounds, characters and storylines, showcasing impressive creativity and teamwork.
In addition, the pupils explored coding by creating their own interactive games using Scratch, inspired by The Magic Harp by Declan Carville. This experience allowed the children to combine storytelling with technology, building both confidence and valuable digital skills in a fun and engaging way.
