Today, the boys and girls of St. Mary’s made the short trip to Augher to compete in the Allianz Cumann na mBunscol league section. Both teams enjoyed a fantastic day of football in glorious weather conditions.
The girls delivered a series of outstanding performances, winning all of their matches. They faced strong competition from local schools but showed great skill and determination throughout. Their efforts have earned them a well-deserved place in Finals Day at Garvaghey.
The boys were equally impressive, securing four wins and a draw to also qualify for Finals Day. They worked superbly as a team, displaying excellent teamwork and scoring some brilliant points to see them through.
Well done to all the players for their hard work, sportsmanship, and dedication. We look forward to Finals Day with great anticipation!
